Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

What is Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)?

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a unique and powerful form of therapy that helps you move past emotional pain and trauma. Unlike traditional talk therapy, ART works by helping you replace upsetting memories or images in your mind with positive ones you choose. Many people feel a huge sense of relief after just one session, as ART helps reduce triggers and intrusive thoughts and images.

How does ART work?

During an ART session, I’ll guide you through calming eye movements while you process and reframe difficult experiences. You don’t need to share every detail of what happened—this makes ART more comfortable and easier for many people. ART doesn’t make you forget the facts of your past experiences but helps you release the emotional burden they carry, replacing it with positive and empowering imagery. By the end of the session, many clients feel lighter, more in control, and ready to move forward.
